My Qualifications
As a Grief Recovery specialist, and Certified Grief Coach I have been trained to guide you through your grief journey. My career craft is recruiting which has afforded me the opportunity to coach people not only about their careers, but life, guiding people through all walks of their life.

As a Grief Coach I will work with you to guide you through your grief. I utilize training that I received through the Grief Recovery Institute, and through my training with Dora Carpenter's "Grief to Gratitude Program". We will never forget our loved one, and while this is not the life we chose, my goal is to help ease your pain and embrace your "new" life. We will work together to provide you with tools to guide you through your grief journey. We'll meet weekly to discuss each step. My goal is to help you feel lighter and heal your heart.

After my husband of 19 years died of cancer, I decided to become a Grief Coach. I felt the need to do something more meaningful. Having experienced loss of my husband, supporting my teen daughter through grief, putting my beloved Golden Retrievers to sleep, my Mom dying in 2025 and the loss of my in-laws, I've personally experience tremendous grief. My specialty is supporting widows, but I am also here for loss of a pet or parent.
